Description

Summary : The Advertising Technology Lead will be responsible for strategically leading & executing technology innovation projects that enhance Huntington’s tech stack and achieve our core business objectives.

This role requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration, leading workshops, project management, and an in-depth knowledge of how advertising technology functions within a large organization to grow customer base & deepening efforts.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience utilizing advanced digital marketing processes such as Digital Identity, Clean Rooms, Marketing Measurement (MTA, MMM), Dynamic Ad Servers, Personalization, Audience Segmentation, and be well-versed in industry leading advertising platforms.

They also will have experience working within teams with long- & short-term projects with varying levels of priorities. This person is a self-motivator and has worked within environments that require excellent presentation skills to advance their projects through to completion.

This role sits within the Media Transformation team and will collaborate with internal & external stakeholders (media strategy, creative, executive leadership, agency partners, IT, analytics, and more) to provide technology expertise and maintain a well-organized 12-month testing roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Marketing Transformation to develop a fully integrated technology system built for the future of Marketing.
  • Maintain positive partnership stewardship with internal & external parties to drive team collaboration.
  • Conduct A / B testing, evaluate new ad tech solutions, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance and drive innovation.
  • Lead regular meetings to align all stakeholders on progress, learnings, and project next steps.
  • Lead 1st party data activation strategy within Paid Media environments.
  • Build omni-channel audiences within platforms utilizing 1st and 3rd party data to leverage at scale.
  • Review 3rd party data providers to ensure most accurate source of data is at the center of all audience targeting and partnerships.
  • Understand Multi-Touch Attribution & Media Mix Modeling to document and optimize campaign strategy.
  • Work with internal business segments to define an audience strategy that is unique to their product and goals.
  • Collaborate cross-team to align on Huntington line of business prioritized audiences and messaging to create a unified Huntington experience.
  • Manage a robust test & learn agenda that maps to Marketing’s organizational goals.
  • Work with internal teams to consult on landing page optimization and creative testing recommendations that align with media audiences.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ad tech, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
  • Prioritize time across multiple opportunities focusing on the most productive tasks.
  • Partner with internal resources to ensure proper tagging and tracking to monitor campaigns.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 7 years of Online Marketing experience
  • 6+ years in Programmatic Media, AdTech, MarTech, or other related industry

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with performance based digital marketing programs and driving results through digital programs
  • Experience with creating reports in Adobe Analytics
  • Highly quantitative, analytical and numbers focused
  • Experience collaborating with 3rd party vendors and agencies
  • Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to convey and sell your ideas to senior leadership
  • Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Experience working with Multi-Touch Attribution and Dynamic Ad Servers
  • Experience with industry leading Identity Resolution providers
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
  • Good project management and execution skills
  • Ability to work individually and also motivate a team
  • Self-motivated, energetic and creative
