Job Summary
Develop, establish, deliver and maintain effective leadership development, recruitment, selection, and growth & development strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Effectively manage on boarding, instruction and development of Service Advisors, performance management of Service Advisors, utilize and develop resources to effectively align with the activities of the organization.
Essential Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate all recruiting / selection, on boarding and development activities of Service Advisors including efforts associated with company’s key strategic
- Research and analyze current Service Advisor conditions and create a plan of action within the first 45 days on the job
- Develop and implement Service Advisor instructional guidelines for existing and new centers, e.g. training, process and procedures, onboarding.
Monitor all centers for uniformity and consistency of performance within set guidelines
- Directs the scheduling and coordination of all necessary Service Advisor training
- Monitor, review and regularly report on all Service Advisor, activities and results
- Coordinate and produce quarterly reports on the status of Service Advisors, Center-level Management, and Regional Management
- Confers with executive team to ensure that compensation and career pathing plans are consistent with company objectives
- Recognizes and solves potential problems and evaluates program effectiveness on an ongoing basis
- Conduct or coordinate delivery of leadership skills training to field associates
- Responsible for overall leadership development implementation at centers
- Coach and advise regional and center management teams on issues related to hiring, associate performance, career and personal development, associate dispute resolution.
Provide guidance in discipline / termination process
- Conduct field visits, manager and associate interviews and exit / post-employment interviews to understand opportunities for improved employee engagement and retention
- Work closely with Operations and HR functions to ensure that policies and strategies are aligned with operational objectives and priorities
- Other duties as assigned
Skills / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
- Minimum 5+ years management / leadership instructional experience
- A positive and professional demeanor and proven ability to effectively interface with vendors, clients, management and associates
- Experience in developing and maintaining technical processes and strategies
- High degree of ownership / accountability
- Highly organized; ability to multi-task and prioritize without sacrificing quality; sense of urgency
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Travel to center locations, multiple regions as required
- Willingness and ability to assist with a wide range of duties
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, developing and managing performance
- Excellent listening and assessment skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
This role will pay 150-165 depending on experience
