The ideal candidate for the Head of Partnerships role at the company is a relationship-driven professional with a deep understanding of the dental technology landscape. They should have a proven track record in dental technology, practice management, or healthcare SaaS, with a background in companies such as dental practice management software or healthcare SaaS. Key qualifications include demonstrated success in selling to or partnering with dental practices or dental service organizations, strong business development and negotiation skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic startup environment. Experience in leading partnerships or channel sales in a high-growth SaaS company, knowledge of AI or automation tools in healthcare technology, and experience in structuring integrations or co-marketing partnerships are considered advantageous.
