Provider Recruitment Associate

A company is looking for a Provider Recruitment Associate-Entry Level.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Provider Recruitment team with the logistics of the recruitment process

Manage sourcing activities for open requisitions and coordinate candidate interviews

Develop and maintain recruitment marketing collateral and manage off-site recruitment events

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of related experience preferred

Previous healthcare sales or recruiting experience preferred

Strong computer technology skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce

Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

Ability to multi-task and prioritize a large volume of detail-oriented work
