Dungarees is seeking an experienced Video Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective video marketing strategies to promote our brands and products across a wide spectrum of eCommerce channels.
Your role will involve creating engaging video content, managing video distribution channels, monitoring video trends and best practices, and reporting video performance metrics to management.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in video production and graphic design, with a proven track record of driving engagement.
Excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Produce and edit high-quality video content to be used in a variety of formats across several digital marketing channels.
- Creating both long and short form videos, including but not limited to, short digital ads, how-to / educational videos, brand-building videos, and product videos
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute video campaigns that align with Dungarees overall marketing objectives and branding strategies
- Optimize video content for SEO
- Upload and manage video assets across social and eCommerce channels
- Report on video performance to Dungarees Leadership to help improve engagement and sales
- Identify, adapt, and execute video trends, specifically in the social space, to improve brand awareness and engagement
- Archive and manage raw video assets for future deployment
- Maintain production equipment, including audio, video, lighting etc.
- Repurposes video content to be used across various marketing channels, including (but not limited to) eCommerce websites, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience using video editing and motion graphics software
- High proficiency in technical knowledge of production equipment, audio, video, lighting, etc. is required.
- Knowledge of video SEO best practices
- Understand social media marketing best practices and trends
- Independently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail, accuracy, and in an organized manner
- Capable of meeting deadlines
- Possess a high regard for confidentiality. An NDA will be required for this position
- Previous experience in the eCommerce or digital marketing field is recommended
