We’re looking for a Cybersecurity UX leader to drive strategy, design, and implementation of user experiences for critical security systems. You’ll collaborate across teams to unify design standards, engage directly with users, and deliver intuitive, secure tooling that supports enterprise-scale operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Spearhead UX strategy and implementation for cybersecurity
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to establish and deploy consistent design systems and reusable components
• Engage directly with customers to capture feedback, validate hypotheses, and iterate on solutions
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in user experience across tools and workflows
• Facilitate workshops to align on UX goals and system-wide build patterns
• Develop and maintain UX documentation, templates, and standards to reduce duplication and improve usability
• Help define and evolve the UX function within the security organization, which may include hiring and mentoring designers

Compensation and Benefits

Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
