Sr Inspire Value Consultant- Manufacturing

The Sr Inspire Value Consultant is a role that operates together with ServiceNow's customer-centric sales teams to calculate and develop business cases and value realization analyses for our customers. S / he will serve as the main point of contact for Manufacturing sales teams by designing and leading strategic, consultative interactions to build consensus and alignment on how core capabilities of the ServiceNow platform can support CXO business transformation objectives.

• Consulting experience at a leading strategy / consulting firm
• Experience in a customer-facing roll, selling and delivering consulting services

S / he will closely align with our core and solution account teams to seed and develop strategic opportunities. S / he will build trusted relationships with customer and partner executives, partner with sales leaders and account executives, and be a significant contributor to the revenue growth in our Manufacturing accounts in the Americas.

This Sr. Inspire Value Consultant is responsible for three specific areas of responsibility, including :

S / he is expected to "roll up their sleeves" and is equally able to manage communications with the customer, account team, and shared services stakeholders throughout the process to deliver a positive ServiceNow experience in a high-tempo timeframe. S / he will also operate with a 'speed and scale' mindset.

S / he will maintain a pulse on broader ServiceNow and Global Sales priorities, programs, and communications, and advise on ideal messaging, channels and approaches with the goal of delivering the best possible business case for our customers. For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $121,700 - $213,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
