Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q has been serving up our famous smoked meats and signature sides to folks in the Southwest USA since 1989.
Our pits are 100% wood fired with oak, a slower burning wood as opposed to mesquite. At Rudy’s, you can order as much or as little as you want, satisfying the individual or the largest group.

Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
- Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
- Arrive for your shift on time.
- Prioritize important tasks and manage your time effectively.
- Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
- Help kitchen staff when needed.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
