Support Website projects.

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of new website-related project requests, ensuring seamless execution from intake to delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, proficiency with Jira and Figma, and a proven track record in delivering successful website initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management : lead the intake, prioritization, and execution of new website project requests including tracking timelines, facilitating approvals, and ensuring on-time delivery. Lead regular check ins, standups, and postmortems to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.

Tracking and Reporting : develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to track progress and manage expectations. Own the website team's project tracking in Jira, overseeing workflows and creating and managing tickets.

Cross-Functional Partnership : work closely with UX / design, engineering, product, and content teams to communicate project needs and facilitate collaboration.

Stakeholder Coordination : serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on project updates, blockers, and decisions.

Release Management : oversee weekly production releases by reviewing and approving Methods of Procedure (MOPs), coordinating with developers to ensure readiness, and serving as the point of contact for any questions or escalations during the release process.

Qualifications :

Extensive experience in project management, ideally in a digital or web-focused environment.

Proven track record managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting timelines and priorities.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with Jira and Figma (or other design collaboration tools).
