Account Executive (Remote)

What You Will Achieve :
Through cold and warm outreach, you will approach leads and sell our corporate learning platform in all market segments. At the beginning, you will focus on deals in the range of 7,500 to 50,000 ARR. With outstanding performance, the size of your customers will increase. You will build comprehensive expertise in the areas of digital education and German "training and further education." No objection is too big for you, and you can confidently convince potential customers of the advantages of our solution.
You are looking for motivated and well-organized team members like you. You will always keep an overview of your pipeline and know the objections of your customers to resolve them effectively. The entire sales team, especially our VP Sales, will support you in closing new deals.
You like to experiment with new approaches and share your findings with the team. We learn together by continuously trying out innovative methods. We need everyone in our sales team to drive better performance.
With our solution, you support your customers without simply selling to everyone who has a budget. Customer loyalty is our top priority, and it starts with the sales process. We do not win customers with empty promises but through top-notch consulting throughout the entire process.
What We Value :
Previous sales experience. At least 2+ years of experience in a B2B / SaaS company as an account executive.
Proven success. You have demonstrably contributed to the success of your previous teams.
Drive. In the last year, all team members have achieved their goals, most have even exceeded them. Our goals are ambitious but realistic and achievable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Our customers are German, our team is international.
Discipline. You are not influenced by phone rejections or failed deals and manage to motivate yourself again at any time.
Customer focus. You put the needs and needs of potential customers above your commission. It is important for you to create solutions and build a perfect foundation for a long-term cooperation with customers.
Team player. There is no toxic sales culture at our place. We support each other in deals, consult and learn from each other.
Nice to have, but not required :
CRM experience. Basic knowledge of common CRM tools.
Previous experience in the Edtech sector, especially in the field of training and further education.
What Is In It For You :
Your compensation : We value transparency. We have different compensation levels based on which we set a fair salary for each area. The compensation is reviewed at least once a year. The salary range from 90,000 to 110,000 EUR gross per year (for a 100% position) represents the target annual salary and already includes a 60 / 40 split between fixed salary and variable share plus an uncovered commission that honors outstanding performance. If you live outside Germany, we will adapt to your local market.
