Business Analyst (Irving)

Business Analyst Merchant Experience

🕓 Employment Type : 1-Year Contract (Possible Extension or Conversion)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify areas of improvement in the merchant experience and lead cross-functional initiatives to implement solutions.
• Monitor merchant satisfaction metrics and work closely with account management teams to resolve issues and improve engagement.
• Design new programs, operational playbooks, and process enhancements to elevate partner satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to develop promotional materials and partnership initiatives.
• Partner with Analytics and Product teams to define reporting standards and dashboards supporting internal and external stakeholders.
• Document requirements, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and operational efficiency across teams.
