Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to support the sales team by providing expert knowledge on HVAC solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers regarding HVAC systems and controls.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients to showcase HVAC solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for new business development.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to clients.
• Assist in the identification of customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to effectively position our products in the market.
