Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized insurance advice and guidance to clients based on their individual needs and circumstances.
- Assess clients' insurance requirements by conducting thorough interviews and analyzing their existing policies.
- Recommend appropriate insurance coverage options to clients, explaining policy features, benefits, and exclusions in detail.
- Process new insurance policies, including applications, underwriting, and policy issuance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage policy renewals by proactively contacting clients, reviewing coverage needs, and negotiating terms and premiums where necessary.
- Assist clients with claims processing, including filing claims, liaising with insurance companies, and facilitating the resolution of claims disputes.
- Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation using company databases and software systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as policy retention rates and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirement
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in insurance sales, account management, or customer service.
- Possess relevant insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required licenses (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
- Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer software and databases for policy management and client communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
