A company is looking for a Coding Analyst to develop and maintain code level benefit definitions for a multi-state organization. Key Responsibilities Research and interpret complex regulations to ensure compliance and resolve conflicts Create and maintain configuration templates to validate benefit requirements and regulations Provide guidance and mentorship to teammates while participating in the annual benefit change process Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of five years of medical coding or billing experience Managed Care experience, preferably in benefits coding or claims processing Certified Medical Coder (CPC, RHIT, or RHIA) is required Advanced knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-CM Codes
