Job Title : Service Lane Sales and Acquisition Consultant

Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Customer Relationship Specialist.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and strengthening customer relationships post-sale.

Your responsibilities will include greeting service lane customers, conducting vehicle appraisals, and exploring potential conquest opportunities.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet service lane customers and introduce them to Sales Consultants when appropriate.
• Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and facilitate vehicle appraisals using dealership tools.
• Assist in acquiring vehicles for dealership inventory purchase.
• Utilize the Mastermind tool to effectively maintain customer relationships.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Volvo Brand vehicle lineup and share vehicle features with customers.
• Meet daily and weekly process goals to contribute to team success.
• Facilitate customer test drives of new vehicles while they are waiting in service.
• Engage with Lease Portfolio to address concerns during their contract period.
• Independently complete tasks and ensure timely follow-up after completion.

• Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with the Beyer Volvo Dulles Culture.
• Possess computer skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new software.
• Excel in multitasking within a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills when dealing with customers.
• Collaborate seamlessly within the Sales and Service department in a team-oriented fashion.
• Successfully complete standard Volvo Sales Training and Mastermind Training.
• Process sales paperwork as needed.
• Successfully pass the VA Motor Vehicles Sales test.
