We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Line Manager to lead performance management and enablement strategies for our Hybrid Cloud and AI offerings. This role is pivotal in driving offering success post-launch by collaborating with offering managers, sales teams, and enablement functions to ensure revenue growth, margin optimization, and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Offering Performance Management

• Monitor pipeline and performance against plan
• Analyze offering performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Serve as the focal point for offering managers on performance metrics and enablement needs

P&L Management

Sales Collaboration & Enablement

Portfolio Optimization

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 8+ years of experience in Product Line Management, preferably in cloud or AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams, experience with sales enablement and post-launch product lifecycle activities, ability to manage multiple offerings and drive performance in a dynamic environment, strong communication skills, including written and verbal English.
