Electrical Engineer
We have an immediate need for an Electrical Engineer in the Columbus, OH area.
This is a full-time opportunity,
Pay range 45-55 / HR ($90,000-$115,000), relevant to experience and licensure status.
Job description :
- Provide electrical team leadership and / or support on selected projects.
- Complete designs using design software, directing designers, with support from AutoCAD and Revit operators according to project needs.
- Provide working knowledge of project design, construction, design software, cost, and scheduling on assigned projects.
- Edit master specification to fit project needs.
- Provide design fee estimation support for project proposals and change orders.
Required :
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Certification as an Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.)
- Minimum of five years’ experience with power and lighting systems Previous experience working at a consulting firm.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to direct junior level staff and delegate work to design team.
- Ability to communicate with client directly and facilitate a professional relationship.
Preferred :
- PE License OH
- Experience with Revit software is preferred.
- LC Certification is a plus.
