We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team — someone with experience in high-volume kitchens and a passion for authentic Italian cuisine, especially pasta and sauté stations.

What You’ll Do :

• Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard of quality and consistency.
• Work efficiently on the pasta and sauté stations, ensuring timing and coordination with the rest of the line.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with the kitchen team and management.
• Assist in daily prep, inventory, and station setup / breakdown.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture.
