Location : Newport Beach, CA

Employment Type : Direct Hire

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

OneCruit LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join a dynamic team in Newport Beach. This full-time, direct hire position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a professional and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping, with proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and manage the general ledger and all bookkeeping functions.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.
