- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently

Chick-fil-A Worcester FSU or CFAWoo as we loving refer to our restaurant, is locally Owned and Operated by Chris Spring. Chris is married to Becky and they have two kids, Katie and Gavin, who both work at the restaurant.
Chris grew up in Worcester and returned to open CFAWoo after retiring from the Air Force as a Major. Chris has a passion to serve the community in which he grew up and proud to make a positive impact on all who come in contact with his Chick-fil-A!
