Essential Functions of the Sales Support Representative Role

• Provide administrative support for Frontier’s D2D sales team by facilitating new service enrollments and ensuring smooth backend operations.
• Process service orders, contracts, and customer details with speed and accuracy to support the timely activation of Frontier’s fiber internet, voice, and TV packages.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, service recommendations, and enrollment data within CRM systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues professionally, reinforcing satisfaction and trust in Frontier’s offerings.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to streamline the onboarding process and ensure all documentation is completed without delays.
