In this role, you will :

• Lead your team with confidence and positivity, creating a culture where everyone feels motivated, supported, and part of the mission
• Own all aspects of daily operations, from staffing and scheduling to inventory management and food safety
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service and perfect flavor every time they visit
• Develop and train team members so they can grow into their potential and deliver consistent results
• Drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and find smart ways to maximize profitability
• Problem-solve on the fly, stay calm under pressure, and turn challenges into opportunities

Pay Range : $14.81 per hour - $18.81 per hour

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
