Property Accountant

West Houston, Hybrid position

CFS has teamed up with a long-established real estate development company in the Houston area.

Overview of the Accountant role :

Responsibilities include tenant billing and invoicing, journal entries, preparing financial reports, variance analysis, and reconciliations.

Maintain tenant leases, rent calculations, and audit.

Financial statement analysis.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant role :

Bachelor's degree with emphasis in accounting, finance, or related field.

2-6 years of experience in Accounting.
