Overview Hybrid Office Location : M & F work from home, Tu-TH in office The Associate Product Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clearly defined marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand equity across Sarnova’s core Acute Care business unit (Tri-anim Health Services).

Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of health care products in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Respiratory Markets and is the industry leader in Revenue Cycle Management within Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

The company operates through several market-leading companies including Tri-anim Health Services, the largest specialty distributor of respiratory products, Bound Tree Medical, the largest supplier of EMS products, EMP and Cardio Partners, a full Sudden Cardiac Arrest Solution provider, and Digitech, the leader in EMS revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities Summary : The Associate Product Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clearly defined marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand equity across Sarnova’s core Curaplex (Sarnova's private label brand) for our Acute Care business unit (Tri-anim Health Services).

This position requires an individual with keen attention to detail, strong communication, organizational leadership and analytical skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Work closely with Product / Category Managers and direct manager to develop, present and implement portfolio business plans for multiple product lines.

Responsibilities include management of pricing, supplier relationships, go-to-market strategies, product positioning, etc.

Establish the ability to win mind share with internal cross functional team members to identifying solutions based on data, building excitement and consensus to drive projects forward.

Create, execute and manage marketing programs to enhance the brand’s presence and status in the market. This includes Curaplex catalogs, online initiatives, advertising, sales force support materials, trade show marketing efforts, and sales activation programs.

Analyze and report on business developments, monitor market trends, identify issues and opportunities, and implement strategies to accelerate portfolio revenue growth.

Perform market research to uncover customer needs. Work with Manufacturer Partners and internal teammates to develop cross-promotional activities.

Contribute to sales rep clinical training programs and product training. Monitor the marketplace and competition and collaborate on adjusting marketing plans and initiatives accordingly.

Participate in active lifecycle management, performing market and competitive analysis, and working closely with sourcing teams to ensure competitive, high quality product.

Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of multiple product lines. Foster cross functional team alignment driving synergies, building and reporting out on continual process improvement plans.

Leads the development, execution and report out on quarterly focused sales campaigns. Manage the development, distribution, and archiving of collateral sales materials and assets.

Provide support for various departmental projects and campaigns as directed by Senior Product Manager Curaplex Skills / Experience Required : A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

A minimum of one year of managing programs, projects or products with increasing levels of responsibility. Forecasting and financial planning / business case development.

Demonstrated positive energy and ability to collaborate in a face paced, cross-functional environment to effectively represent products / brands at all levels, both internally and externally.

Solid communication skills, including the ability to articulate analysis, influence and effectively communicate at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and attention to details with ability to manage multiple projects at once with low error rates and strong history of execution.

Create, execute and manage marketing programs to enhance the organization’s presence and status in the market. This includes company catalogs, online initiatives, advertising, sales force support materials, trade show marketing efforts, and vendor marketing programs.
