Job descriptionStrong technical understanding (web, databases, cloud), though not necessarily Ruby on Rails. Ideally holds a STEM or related technical degree, as the environment is highly technical. Expected to drive the product forward, take initiative, and influence the team—not just manage tasks. Minimum 10 years of experience in product management roles. Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and large-scale technical products. Ability to gather and analyze data to solve unique problems. Must be able to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in fast-paced environment Ability to evaluate and communicate complex technical content in a clear manner. Strong facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, including technical, non-technical, external and internal stakeholders. Extraordinarily detail-oriented with excellent organization skills. Ability to operate effectively with limited supervision; self-starter with a high level of initiative; strong sense of ownership and urgency. Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring engineers can focus on enhancements. Design story points, manage roadmaps, and maintain direct client communication to ensure needs are met. Collaborate closely with other product managers and the hiring manager; not an isolated role. Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objective. Collaborate with engineering, design, operations and business stakeholders to oversee end-to-end product lifecycles and deliver high-quality products. Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the entertainment industry is seeking a Product Manager! The Product Manager will lead the modernization project for a portfolio of eight enterprise applications, managing finances, roadmaps, and coordination between engineering and stakeholders.
