Docsis Network Testing Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / electronics or related field.
- 2+ years in DOCSIS network equipment testing and evaluation
- 3+ years in IP Network Engineering, with experience in all packet based protocols such as TCP / IP (including protocols like DHCP, DNS, TCP, UDP, etc), MPLS and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP4
- Preferable development of network designs, planning, and network deployment strategies for the migration to DOCSIS 4.0
- Experience with CableLabs / SCTE specifications and CCAP / CMTS hardware
- Lead the development of network designs, planning, and network deployment strategies for the migration to DOCSIS 4.0
- Knowledge and experience with DOCSIS and Cable Modem Termination Systems including DOCSIS 3.1 and 4.0
