The Milagro Spa at Red Bank Genesis Health Club location is seeking highly professional, dependable, front desk spa customer service specialists to join our team!
The front desk concierge at the Milagro Spa is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients throughout their visit to the spa. We believe in working as a team so being a team player is imperative. We are looking for someone who is consistently bright, cheery, and optimistic and somebody who will take pride in going the extra mile to exceed our guest's expectations. Applicants must be confident, positive and make your team members and the guest your #1 priority. Several duties include multitasking : answering phones, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, maintaining reception area. Flexible availability : days, nights and weekends needed. Business is open 6 days a week

Knowledge of Meevo Software systems is a PLUSAnswering phones, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments,Maintaining reception & retail areasAssisting with laundry getting to and from the laundry room and changing / locker roomsFlexible availability : days, nights and weekends neededSeveral duties include : multi-tasking, answering multiple phone lines, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, maintaining reception areaRelevant Experience PreferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and address their concernsAdherence to a high standard of professionalism and ethical conductAbility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as neededKnowledge of Spa and Genesis Health Club policiesMaintenance of client documentationAttend trainings, education and meetings when requestedKeep work space clean, organized and stocked with proper suppliesStrive to meet service and retail goalsAssist the client with retail selectionClose sales with technician product recommendationsPromote Spa Sales and PromotionsSell gift cardsRecommend future appointments to all clientsMaintain consistent professional image and appearanceDust retail shelves during downtimeRestock retail shelvesCompensation details will be disclosed during the interview process and is based on experience and schedule.
