Job descriptionServe as the primary DBA for Oracle and SQL Server environments. Design implement and maintain Oracle PL / SQL procedures and scripts. Monitor and optimize database performance including SQL profiling and index tuning. Manage database backup recovery and disaster recovery strategies using RMAN and Data Guard. Ensure database security integrity and compliance with internal policies. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve database-related incidents. Provide on-call support and perform maintenance during off-hours as needed. Assist in planning and managing IT infrastructure projects including timelines resources and deliverables. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to best practices. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience supporting Oracle databases on Linux and Windows. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Data Guard required (advanced level preferred). 5 years of experience with Exadata RMAN OEM and Shell scripting. 2 years of experience supporting SQL Server databases. Proven experience in project management or coordination roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Oracle / SQL Database Administrator (DBA) with strong project management capabilities. This role is 80% focused on database administration and 20% on project coordination and execution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle and SQL Server with advanced knowledge of Oracle Data Guard being a strong plus.
You will be responsible for the design implementation maintenance and performance tuning of mission-critical database systems. Additionally you will support IT infrastructure projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
