The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: able to multi-task, comfortable on the phone speaking to clients and caregivers, able to speak comfortably in groups or in a one to one setting, understands computer software and able to effectively use tools provided by Assisting Hands Tampa Bay.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hiring Caregivers
- Placing job listings
- Give description of job responsibilities
- Assist caregivers in filling out necessary new hire paperwork.
- Train new caregivers on policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain personnel files
- Answer the phone
- Perform other office duties as needed
- Scheduling
Qualifications:
- Previous Home Health experience preferred
- AS/BS/BA preferred, but will consider high school graduate
- Strong computer skills required and prior experience with a database system desired
- Able to problem solve and think outside the box
- Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task
- Possess excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working with a diverse workforce and client base as well as various elder care service agencies.
