The HR Business Partner Talent & Development plays a key role in driving SMA Americas growth by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. While this role partners across all core HR functions, a primary focus will be on Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Strategy, and Onboarding Excellence.

You'll work closely with leaders and employees to align hiring and development strategies with business priorities, support a world-class candidate and employee experience, and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Primary Duties

• Partner with management to identify current and future talent needs, aligning people initiatives with business priorities.
• Partner cross-functionally to support company-wide initiatives related to DEI, engagement, and leadership development.
