A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Consults with entity and human resources leaders to develop and align human resources strategy

Provides guidance and expertise to employees and management in resolving complex Human Resources issues

Ensures compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to Human Resources activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

Master's Degree preferred

5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in large and complex healthcare delivery systems required
