Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper :
Maintain the General Ledger and analyze any variances
Process check runs and tracking construction invoices
Additional ad-hoc projects from the Controller and Director of Accounting
Qualifications of the Bookkeeper :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
1+ years of progressive accounting experience in the real estate industry
CPA or Public Accounting Experience a plus
