SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Technical Business Analyst – HR Systems

for an

opportunity. Candidate will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the company's Human Resources systems, primarily focused on the SAP platform and related company systems

Required Qualifications of the Technical Business Analyst – HR Systems

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• 3+ years of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) experience
• 5+ years of experience with SC HR / payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
