What are you working toward?

Based on your work ethic, development and dedication to your role, with support from your local branch and job-site leadership, you will develop and strengthen your skill sets

We are seeking Structural Welders to become part of our team!

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Welders will be using stick (SMAW) welding processes in 3G and 4G on carbon steel barges. Candidates will also be fitting steel material.
  • Grind and prep metal surfaces prior to welding.
  • Set up, operate and maintain welding machines and equipment.

Requirements for this role include :

  • Welding candidates must have at least 2 years of structural welding and fitting experience.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and drawings.
  • Ability to follow directions and to use logical though process to interpret oral and written instructions and recommend alternative solutions to mechanical problems.
