Responsibilities :
- Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and attention to detail.
- Implement and maintain financial systems, including accounting software, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and e-commerce teams to optimize financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial reporting requirements.
- Provide leadership in evaluating and improving internal controls and financial policies.
- Partner with senior management to develop strategies that drive business growth.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks to ensure organizational stability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and HR practices.
- Experience with e-commerce and procurement processes is highly desirable.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and manage multiple priorities effectively.
