In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. Responsibilities :

• Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and attention to detail.
• Implement and maintain financial systems, including accounting software, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement and e-commerce teams to optimize financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial reporting requirements.
• Provide leadership in evaluating and improving internal controls and financial policies.
• Partner with senior management to develop strategies that drive business growth.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks to ensure organizational stability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and HR practices.
• Experience with e-commerce and procurement processes is highly desirable.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and manage multiple priorities effectively.
