About The Role
This is an incredibly exciting time to join CoverTree! Our team is tackling the specialty P&C insurance space and we're looking for insurance sales professionals who are interested in shaping the future of manufactured home insurance for middle America.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting external agents with onboarding onto our custom built portal, as well as providing assistance to agents who need help with underwriting, writing policies and general processing questions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist agents with onboarding and setup within the agent portal
- Educate agents on internal processes as well as how to correctly use the portal
- Manage a ticket pipeline for our external agents
- Provide outstanding service and adhere to a 24 hour ticket SLA
- Provide assistance with writing policies that require internal review
- Clearly communicate CoverTree’s value proposition to agents and how we differ from competitors in the space
- Provide feedback to marketing, underwriting, customer support and product in order to execute on team and company goals

- Strong communication skills over phone, email and sms
- Ability to work in a high-pace and changing environment
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Ability to provide helpful feedback to internal teams
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Self-starter mentality with a drive to make an impact each day
- Property and Casualty license required
