We are looking to add a Social Media Marketing Specialist to our Yourgi team!

LOCATION : Remote (U.S.-based), with occasional travel

REPORTS TO : Senior Social Media Marketing Manager

PAY : $60,000 - $85,000 / annually

CORE RESPONSIBILITES :

• Create, shoot, and edit original, high-performing content (short-form video, Reels, TikTok's, carousels, graphics, etc.)
• Develop and execute a content strategy that grows reach, engagement, and brand love across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Pitch, storyboard, and produce trend-driven and evergreen content that aligns with our mission and voice.
• Be the on-camera talent for lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content-your pet can (and should) make regular appearances.
• Use performance insights to fine-tune content and strategy for each platform.
• Engage actively with our audience-responding to comments, participating in trends, and building community.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to maintain brand alignment.
• Keep a pulse on pet culture, social trends, and platform updates to drive innovation in content.
• Assist with influencer / creator outreach and UGC strategies when needed.
• Attend events, shoots, etc. to capture assets.
• Sprinklr platform for posting, UGC, and reporting.
