Principal, Internal Audit
The Opportunity The Principal, Internal Audit is part of the Mass General Brigham Health Plan, Medicare Compliance Audit Team and will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and safeguarding the financial integrity of our organization. This position is also responsible for providing management with an independent assessment of the company's operations. This individual will add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Additionally, the role will conduct a variety of value-added financial, operational, and business process reviews, manage assigned audit projects, and develop new staff as needed.
