Job Description :

The Otolaryngologist comprehensive full-service ENT care to a wide referral base with little competitionManage an average patient load of 20-30 patients per day in clinicPerform surgeries in one of three OR locations including Blanchard Valley Hospital Bluffton Hospital and Findlay Surgery CenterUtilize advanced technology including four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table MotionCollaborate with onsite comprehensive audiology team and medical / surgical subspecialties e.g. Allergy Endocrinology NeurosurgeryParticipate in a care team model with advanced practice providers and hospitalist support for inpatient managementTake backup call only while APPs cover primary callsContribute to a collegial flexible work culture with leadership that values work-life balance and physician wellnessHave input into practice patterns schedules and patient volumesAccess Mayo Clinic eConsults eBoards AskMayoExpert and Grand RoundsOptionally teach medical students and advanced practice traineesNot open to visa candidatesNot accepting Locums providers

Compensation and Benefits :
