Description :
As a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor at Arcadia Beverage, you'll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring equipment and machinery are functioning properly, and coordinating maintenance activities to support production goals. Your duties will include scheduling and supervising maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency. Your leadership will be critical in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment for your team.

Requirements : What Youll Do :
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the maintenance departments first shift, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in proper working conditionDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend the life of assetsCoordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operationsSupervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and developmentMonitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial targetsEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures, promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance teamContinuously evaluate and improve maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with management to develop long-term maintenance strategies and capital improvement plansMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventoryEnsure safety, quality, and food safety by following company rules and standards, enforcing the requirements, and communicating violations or concerns to the leadership team.What Were Looking For :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance techniquesExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levelsProficient in the use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of applicable safety regulations and procedures, including OSHA standardsAbility to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints, schematics, and equipment manualsCertification in a relevant trade or field (e. g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is preferredBachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or facilities management, is a plusBe who you are each day committing to a safe, vulnerable, and egoless world.Passion in being a student of people, a student of business and a student of industry.Demonstrated ability to communicate, coach and mentor, embracing a learning and development team-based environment, regardless of role.Self-starter with strong prioritization and finishing skills; comfort in change as a state of being.Physical Requirements :
