The CSI Companies is hiring a Senior Call Center Representative for a leading Human Resources Company located in Louisville, KY, on a HYBRID schedule, for a contract to hire position.

Title of Job : Senior Call Center Representative

Pay : $20-$21 an hour DOE

Hours : Full time Monday Thru Friday

Location : Louisville, KY. HYBRID 3 days in office and 2 days at home.

Effective Date / tentative start date : interviewing Immediately and offer contingent upon completing a background check.

Job Details :

The Senior Call Center Representative is expected to answer general inbound and places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Follows basic procedures and scripts.
  • Use fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems.
  • Have basic knowledge of company, services, and products.
  • Take care of inbound and outbound calls of a lesser complexity that are primarily routine or basic in nature.

Required Skills :

  • An associates or bachelor's degree in related fields (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of someone working in a call center in the insurance industry, banking industry or financial services industry.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and goal-oriented work environments.
  • Looking for great customer service skills, great attitude, and professionalism.
