Job Description
Overit is seeking a Senior Digital Strategist to lead results-driven marketing strategies across digital channels, while helping evolve how we deliver smarter, faster, AI-assisted campaigns for our clients.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who understands what drives business growth and how modern tools and tactics, including AI, can drive that growth more efficiently. You'll lead integrated campaign planning, manage digital performance, collaborate across departments, and guide clients through data-backed recommendations with confidence. As part of a hybrid team, you'll work in our Albany office at least three days per week, building strong in-person relationships while maintaining flexibility.
Core Responsibilities
Client-Facing Strategy & Leadership
Act as the lead strategist across a portfolio of clients developing campaign strategies, defining KPIs, and guiding execution toward business goals.
Present digital plans and performance insights to clients, translating data into actionable, compelling narratives.
Lead discovery and strategy sessions that help shape full-funnel marketing initiatives—across awareness, acquisition, and retention.
Digital Execution & Optimization
Develop and oversee integrated digital campaigns spanning paid media (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok), email, SEO, and content.
Build and optimize user journeys that support conversion, lead gen, and nurture flows.
Collaborate with internal media, creative, and dev teams to ensure campaign consistency and performance.
Manage campaign tracking, analytics setup, and performance dashboards to ensure accurate attribution and real-time decision-making.
AI & Marketing Technology Integration
Use AI tools for audience research, content ideation, reporting summaries, and campaign optimization —ensuring accuracy, relevance, and ethical use.
Evaluate and test emerging AI-powered platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, predictive analytics tools) to drive efficiency across strategy, content, and reporting.
Help define and evolve Overit's AI-enabled strategy framework , training others as tools mature.
Data, Reporting & Experimentation
Own performance dashboards and campaign reporting—surfacing insights that lead to smarter strategy and stronger ROI.
Lead A / B testing strategies for creative, messaging, landing pages, and CTAs across channels.
Ensure tracking integrity with GA4, Tag Manager, UTM strategy, and CRM integration.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, with a minimum of three days in-office, at Overit, and two days with a WFH option.
Requirements
4–6+ years of digital marketing or strategy experience (agency or fast-paced in-house environment preferred).
Proven ability to lead strategy and performance across paid media, SEO, email, and analytics.
Advanced knowledge of :
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok / YouTube platforms
Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio
CRM and email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo)
SEO principles and tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs)
AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.)
Experience managing multiple clients / accounts with different KPIs and verticals.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
