This is not your average account management role. Our Signature Division handles luxury clients who expect excellence vibrant color displays, perfectly manicured turf, and seamless communication. What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of resort and high-end commercial properties, ensuring each site looks its absolute best every day.
• Build strong relationships with clients through clear, consistent communication and a genuine passion for their properties.
• Oversee crews, coordinate daily operations, and inspect properties to maintain our high quality standards.
• Design and manage flower color programs seasonal rotations, plant health, and overall presentation.
• Diagnose and solve irrigation and turf issues quickly and efficiently.
• Develop enhancement ideas and proposals to continually improve property value and aesthetics.
