Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Daily Operations

• Directly manage a team of field employees across one or more branch locations.
• Oversee daily assignments, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure team coverage across the install pipeline.
• Coach and develop team members in survey accuracy, safety standards, and inspection readiness.
• Travel regularly to job sites to conduct spot checks, resolve issues, and mentor staff.
• Report to upper management on pipeline health and risks.
• Drive field team progress and assign priorities based on backlog and cycle times within the scope of their team and request other business priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and field experience. 2-3+ years of field operations, inspections, or construction management experience. Minimum 1 year of leadership or team coordination experience. Familiarity with photovoltaic system design, code compliance, and residential installation practices. Experience with Salesforce, GoogleSuite, and / or other scheduling and operations tools. Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and navigating residential rooftops as needed. OSHA 10 / 30 preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check to travel 30% to field locations within the assigned region.
