Job description
A company is looking for an Early Career and New Grad Licensed Inside Sales Representative for remote home-based work.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound / outbound calls, live chat, and SMS
Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales strategy without cold calling
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Recent graduates between 2021 to Summer 2025 or future December 2025 graduates
Must possess a valid insurance license
Ability to work from home effectively
Motivated individuals who thrive in a sales environment
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
