Job Title : ServiceNow Developer – Security Operations & IRM

Location : San Jose, CA / Austin, TX (Hybrid – Onsite 3 Days / Week)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Administrator to support the design, development, and implementation of security and risk management workflows within ServiceNow. This role will focus on Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response, and Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC) while integrating ServiceNow with various security tools and platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Administer, design, develop, and implement applications within ServiceNow.
• Work closely with security teams to understand their needs and create automated workflows in ServiceNow.
• Develop and deploy UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external tools such as Slack, BMC Remedy, Splunk, Qualys, Active Directory, JIRA, and SSO.
• Develop and manage Service Catalogs for security-related requirements.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Conduct unit testing, functional testing, and follow SDLC best practices before deploying updates.
