Senior Retail Marketing Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Retail Marketing to drive traffic, conversion, and loyalty across retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the stores marketing strategy to drive new and repeat customer traffic

Create and execute integrated campaigns leveraging local events, partnerships, and various marketing channels

Analyze sales and retention data to identify growth opportunities and measure marketing effectiveness

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in omnichannel DTC or retail environments

Proven track record of driving traffic and conversion through integrated marketing programs

Experience with geo-targeted media, CRM / loyalty programs, and local marketing

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to translate insights into strategies
