Central Florida Behavioral Hospital is a -bed, private psychiatric center located in Orlando, FL. The hospital provides -hour emergency services.
Central Florida Behavioral Hospital offers a full continuum of care including inpatient treatment services for children, adolescents and adults;
and partial hospitalization, intensive out-patient and ECT services for adults. Our treatment philosophy is based on a team approach that treats patients with dignity and respect, while delivering high-quality care.
Position Summary
The Director of Business Development is responsible for the planning, implementing, and monitoring of the marketing plan for the facility.
This includes providing a framework to assist the facility plan for future growth. Additionally, this role directs the efforts of the Business Development Representatives who represent the facility to the community, interested persons, and potential referral sources.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Formulates, directs and coordinates business development activities and procedures to promote the facility’s treatment services.
- Identifies, develops and evaluates business development strategies, based on knowledge of the facility’s goals and objectives, market characteristics and costs of services.
- Develops the necessary market research, forecasting, follow up and budget for the facility’s marketing plan in conjunction with the CEO and appropriate administrative staff members.
- Directs the hiring, training and performance of the Business Development Representatives and oversees their daily activities.
- Coaches and counsels staff, when appropriate, to maintain or improve performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Marketing and Sales. Two (2) years experience managing staff preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic clerical skills and ability to problem solve
