Investment Fund Group Associate
The Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP is seeking an experienced associate with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our market leading Investment Funds Group.
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of fund formation, investment management or related experience. Experience in the structuring, formation and management of private equity funds, real estate funds, credit funds, venture funds or BDCs and their management companies, or in GP stake sales and / or secondary transactions is preferred, but relevant general corporate experience will also be considered.
