Position Summary : The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within the manufacturing sector. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing strategic plans, and ensuring alignment between production capabilities and market demands. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in expanding the company's footprint, optimizing sales processes, and delivering value to industrial clients.

Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with B2B sales and contract negotiation in manufacturing sectors.
Computer Skills :
Occasional visits to manufacturing facilities and client sites
Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
